Want to discuss blockchain tech? Let’s!
Hello! My name is Diana Stern.
I have a J.D. from UCLA School of Law with a Specialization in Entertainment, Media, and Intellectual Property Law. My legal experience ranges from interning for the federal government, to consulting on the HBO series Silicon Valley. I am part of the 2016 class of first-year associates in the Technology Companies Group at Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP in Menlo Park, CA.
In 2016, I founded Distributive, a boutique innovation firm that works with startups, technology, and media companies to optimize blockchain and other distributed systems technologies for the entertainment industry.
I am passionate about law, technology, and art. I have an affinity for innovation, and I believe diversity is integral to it. I’m always interested in hearing new perspectives!
I also pursue my interests through non-profit work. I’m a member of the Intellectual Property Working Group in the Coalition of Automated Legal Applications (COALA), and on the Board of the non-profit organization, Ms. JD, that supports women leaders in the legal profession.
I also write poetry and played the drums for a while (jazz & rock).
